Naresh Patel has been with the organization for over 15 years. He is an engineer by trade, joining in 2005 as a Field Service Representative (FSR) supporting customers in North Bay, Ontario, and the surrounding area. When a FSR position became required in the Hamilton and Southeastern Ontario region—Naresh and his family relocated to fulfill this need. After several years in this role, he was promoted to Regional Service Manager for the Ontario Central region. Naresh managed the customer service needs of this region, along with the nine FSRs who had reported to him and transitioned into the Field Service Manager role. Eight years later, Naresh achieved a career milestone after pursuing his Project Management Professional certification and moved into a National Project Management role.
