Field Service Representative

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the FSR will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment – CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound for clients primarily in the British Columbia, Yukon and other locations as needed.
Major Responsibilities
- Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring full functionality based on specifications;
- Perform maintenance and upgrades to CMSCA equipment;
- Always adhere to quality standards;
- Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports.;
- Adheres at all times to all CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety.
Position Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer;
- Must have very strong knowledge of CT and X-Ray;
- Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills;
- Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical engineering technology;
- Must have excellent communication and customer relations skills;
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills;
- Must be team-oriented;
- Must be able to travel internationally for training;
- Must have a valid driver’s license;
- Ability to be on-call;
- Ability to work overtime and flexible hours.
