Field Service Representative

Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the FSR will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment – CT, X-Ray, and Ultrasound for clients primarily in Alberta, Northwest Territories, and other locations as needed.
Major Responsibilities
- Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring full functionality based on specifications,
- Perform maintenance and upgrades to CMSCA equipment,
- Always adhere to quality standards,
- Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports.
,Position Requirements
- Has 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer,
- Must have very strong knowledge of CT and X-Ray,
- Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills,
- Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical engineering technology,
- Must have excellent communication and customer relations skills,
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills,
- Must be team-oriented,
- Must be able to travel internationally for training,
- Must have a valid driver’s license,
- Ability to be on-call,
- Ability to work overtime and flexible hours,
- Adheres at all times to all CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety.
