Anomalous origin of the RCA

67-year-old female presented with chest pain. A coronary CT Angiography was performed with AIDR 3D, Adaptive Iterative Dose Reduction. Curved Multiplanar Reconstruction (cMPR), MPR and 3D Volume Rendered demonstrate anomalous origin of the right coronary artery (RCA). A patent stent is shown in the left anterior coronary artery (LAD). A calcified plaque is seen in the left main (LM) and mixed plaques are seen in the RCA. Heart Rate: 50 bpm
