Dr. Ewoud Smit - Radboud University Medical Center, Nijmegen, Netherlands
Dr. Ewoud Smit is a Medical Researcher and Radiology Resident at the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, Radboud University Medical Center since 2013. He received his M.D. from the University Medical Center Utrecht in 2009 and his MSc degree in Physics at the University of Groningen in 2004. He has (co-)authored 19 peer reviewed scientific papers. His research focuses on subtraction imaging, 4D-CT angiography and high resolution CT perfusion imaging. Dr. Smit received an award for Best Scientific Paper Presentation 2012 within the Neuro topic at the European Congress of Radiology, and for Best Scientific Paper Presentation 2014 at the Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of the Netherlands. He is a frequently invited speaker at international conferences.
