Field Service Representative

Location: Corner Brook, Newfoundland

Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment – Angiography, CT, X-Ray and Ultrasound for clients primarily located in Western Newfoundland.

Major Responsibilities

  • Install Canon Medical Systems Canada (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensure full functionality according to specifications; 
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades to CMSCA equipment; 
  • Always adhere to quality standards; 
  • Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports; 
  • Adhere at all times to CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety.

Position Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer; 
  • Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills;
  • Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering Technology; 
  • Strong communication skills; 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; 
  • Able to travel internationally for training; 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license; 
  • Available to be on call; 
  • Capable of working overtime and flexible hours.
