Location: Various client sites across Canada. Primarily focused on locations within Saskatchewan including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Swift Current, Saskatchewan

  • Yorkton, Saskatchewan


Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Language: English

Salary: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00/ year

Duties:

  • Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) diagnostic imaging equipment according to standards while adhering to tight deadlines and endure full functionality based on specifications
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and evaluation of diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Calibrate and repair diagnostic imaging equipment in accordance with guidelines and quality standards.
  • Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports
  • Travel to anywhere in the country, or internationally is required.
  • It is understood that the Company reserves the right to change or add to your assignments, duties, and reporting relationships from time to time.
  • Assist in testing of electrical and electronic components, equipment, and systems
  • Assist in inspection, testing, adjusting and evaluation of incoming electrical, electro-mechanical and electronic components and assemblies to ensure conformance with product specifications and tolerances
  • Install, operate and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and systems
  • Collect and compile operational data and assist in the preparation of estimates, schedules, specifications and reports.


Requirements: 

  • Diploma or Degree in electronic or biomedical engineering technology;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining, installing and fixing diagnostic imaging equipment such as X Ray, CT, Angiography, MRI and Ultrasound
  • Must have experience using diagnostic imaging equipment testing tools
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills
  • Team oriented
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Significant travel is required for this role
  • Ability to be on call
  • Ability to work significant overtime
